Ask for a refund of your cashless account

08 August 2022

Is there still money left on your Reggae Geel wristband? Then starting from the 10th of August until the 30th of September you can ask for a refund of the money left on your wristband.

How to do this?

You have already created an account through the app below

If you log in with your existing account then you can request the remaining Dunza's on your wristband. As of August 10 until the 30th of September, there will be an additional "Request Refund" button that will allow you to reclaim the remaining amount.

You do not have an account yet

It is currently not possible to create an account. From August 10 until the 30th of September, you can create a new account at the bottom of the page. During the account creation process you will be asked for the code that is on the back of the chip of your wristband. This code is linked to your remaining Dunza's on your wristband. So be sure to keep your wristband until you have recovered the money.

Donate money?

If you would like to donate all or part of your remaining DUNZA to one of the following causes, you can choose to do so during the reclaim process.
