Terms of sale – festival tickets

  • Festival will not be refunded, nor are they exchangeable for tickets to another event.
  • Loss or theft of the festival ticket are the responsibility of the buyer and does not entail replacement or refund.
  • It is not permitted to bring professional photography, film and recording devices onto the festival grounds. Drinks, glass objects, plastic bottles, beverage cans, drugs, fireworks, weapons, sharp objects or any other object deamed dangerous by the organisation are prohibited on the festival grounds. Security will confiscate any of these objects upon entrance. This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to elaboration at all times.
  • It is completely prohibited to make an open fire on the festival grounds or on the camping sites.
  • Entering the festival grounds implies your agreement to all preventive and controlling measures the organisation or the security team takes. This includes the possibility of having your pockets and bags controlled and of being physically searched by a member of security. Not complying these measures entails refusal to the festival grounds.
  • Do not buy your festival tickets on the streets. These tickets may be false. Only buy your festival tickets at official websites.
  • Nor the artists and organisation of the festival, nor the Belgian Railway Company, are responsible for damage, loss or theft nor for any accident that may occur on your way to the festival.
  • Official sale of T-shirts and souvenirs is only possible within the festival area.
  • Festival tickets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes except when permitted by the organisation. It is prohibited to establish any form of promotional or commercial activity on the festival grounds without prior permission from the organisation.
  • The buyer of the ticket must comply to the ‘Belgian law concerning the sales of entrance tickets to events’. ‘De wet betreffende de verkoop van toegangsbewijzen tot evenementen (BS 30 juli 2013).’
  • Changes in line-up do not entail complete or partial of the festival ticket. The organisation is not responsible for change due to force majeure.
  • Since the event takes places in open air, the organisation wants to make you aware of possible risks for which we waiver all responsibility.
  • Illegal copying of the festival ticket will be prosecuted by law.
  • As the organisation is not the owner nor the manager of the camping sites, it cannot be held responsible for possible damage, loss or theft on the camping grounds. Any complaints concering camping sites can be directed to the camping manager or to an info-post crew member.
  • TV-footage will be recorded during the festival. It may happen you will be filmed. By entering the festival you waiver your portrait rights.
  • The organisation and/or the official distributor of the festival tickets maintains the right to verify the identity of any festivalgoer.
  • Reggae Geel festival welcomes everybody regardless of colour, origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion. Any form of disrespect towards another person will have judicial consequences.

Terms of sale – camping tickets

  • The camping ticket grants access to the camping grounds form Thursday 6pm (only 1 person), but does not grant acces to the festival grounds.
  • A camping ticket is only valid in combination with an official festival ticket.
  • Camping tickets will not be refunded, nor are they interchangeable.
  • In case of loss or theft, the festival ticket will not be replaced nor refunded.
  • The camping ticket is valid throughout the entire festival weekend. Day tickets to the camping site are not available.
  • These will not be accepted on the camping grounds: cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, campers (except Camping Mobilhome) and all other motorised vehicles.
  • Prohibited are: pets, open fires, barbecues, gas devices, glass, candles, tap installaions, generators, music systems, sharp objects, weapons or any other objects deamed dangerous by the organisation. This list is not exhaustive and may be subject to expansion buy the organisation.
  • It is strictly prohibited to hand out flyers or samples on our aroung the camping sites.
  • It is strictly prohibited to set up commercial activities on the camping grounds without prior permission by the festival organisation.
  • It is not allowed to use the camping ticket for commercial or promotional purposes without prior permission by the festival organisation.
  • Entering the camping grounds implies your agreement to a body search.
